Developer 6% by Noemi 

The Solution 6% Developer by Noemi is the newest solution oxidant with a higher percentage of hydrogen peroxide. It is used when you need to tint hard or grey eyebrows, or to achieve a stronger lightening effect in up to 2 levels.

It helps dye coarse hair and achieve a brighter color. Thanks to its creamy consistency it facilitates easy mixing and does not drip during application.

HOW TO USE

6% Developer: Mix the 6% developer with 3% or 0% developer in the preferred ratio, and then color in a 1:1 ratio until you get a creamy consistency. Processing times: 10-15 minutes.
